GateGlassBusiness name
GateGlass is published by Afterimage Works, a software studio brand operated by Open Satchel. Payment and account records may show Open Satchel as the submitted business name.
App data
GateGlass does not require an account. The app stores preferences, remembered decisions, bookmarks, and local audit history on your device. By default, those local records are not uploaded to Open Satchel or Afterimage Works.
Public database updates
The app may check public update files such as manifests and threat/catalogue packs. Those requests can reveal normal web server metadata such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested file to the hosting provider.
Payments
Direct purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment details, taxes, receipts, and fraud checks. Open Satchel and Afterimage Works do not receive full card numbers.
Website hosting
The GateGlass website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. The public catalogue is hosted through Firebase Hosting. These services may process routine logs needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If you email support, we receive the message contents, your email address, and any files or details you choose to include.
Your choices
You can delete local GateGlass data from your Windows profile, decline optional update checks by blocking network access, and contact support about payment or support records.
